How do I send a case to Brightline?
Simply email us your STL or scan file, along with any relevant case notes (e.g. patient initials, requested appliance, materials). We’ll assess it and contact you with next steps.
If you don't have a 3D scan and need to mail a model, you can find our contact info HERE.
How does billing work?
We do not charge per case through the website. Instead, we bill monthly using QuickBooks.
You’ll receive an invoice around the 5th of each month summarizing all your submitted cases for the previous month.
What’s your turnaround time?
Most cases are completed and shipped within 5–7 business days, depending on complexity. If you have a rush case, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do you work with all practices?
Yes — we serve general dentists, orthodontists, and dental specialists across the country. Whether you send digital scans or need to mail in models, we are happy to work with you!
