Turnaround &
Scheduling Guidelines

We aim to deliver every case on time and with care. Please follow the guidelines below to help us serve you better.

Standard Turnaround: Please allow 5 business days in-lab for all appliances.

For Mailed Cases: We recommend scheduling 10 working days from the time the case leaves your office to patient placement.

For Local Deliveries: Typically, 5 days total is sufficient.

On your Rx form, please set the due date 1–2 days before the actual insertion date to allow buffer time.

We also accept 3D scans via email.
